Parents of new Boy Scouts can view the BSA videos for each rank requirement from Tenderfoot through First Class now available on-line at the B.S.A. website. Each video explains the rank requirement and how to complete it. The URL for this is: http://www.scouting.org/boyscouts/rankvideo/ (Remember, only the Scoutmaster or their designated Assistant can sign off that a requirement has been completed.)
